To ensure a seamless shopping journey, we recommend acquainting yourself with our Shipping Policy before confirming an order. We firmly believe that transparency underpins trust-building with our valued customers, and we are committed to ensuring your complete comprehension of our shipping terms.
- Orders are typically fulfil within 1 to 3 days on weekdays, excluding holidays. If you place an order on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.
- Our discreet packaging ensures that your orders are shipped discreetly and with temperature optimisation. We take great care to package and ship our chocolates to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will not melt during shipping, especially in hot climates. We recommend selecting refrigerated shipping if you're concerned about heat exposure. This option is available only in Peninsular Malaysia.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery carriers. Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot control delivery times or external factors affecting delivery.
- While we take care to package our products securely, we cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping details before placing an order.
- For cancellations, please send an email before your order leaves our facility.
- In case your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, kindly contact the carriers with your tracking number.
- All orders are shipped via a third-party carrier. Delivery times may vary based on high volume season, location and carrier performance. We are not liable for any delays, lost packages, or damages that occur once the products are handed over to the carrier.
- Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products once they have been shipped, except with reasonable proof in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order.
